Chef Sohum's First-ever Cookbook

It is with my great pleasure that I introduce to you, my fellow foodies, Chef Sohum's very first cookbook - 21 Salads in 2021!

In the cookbook, as the title suggests, you'll find 21 unique, healthy, and delicious salads incorporating ingredients you may have never thought to include in a salad. In this culinary adventure we'll bend the traditional "rules" of what makes up a salad (wait till you get to salad #21), and reach into the farthest corners of your pantry and fridge. We'll stumble upon salads that can give a new meaning to Thanksgiving, teleport your taste buds to Southeast Asia, and maybe even give you a new quick lunch staple. 

Like always on this website, we cut directly to the chase. No wordy stories about what the aroma of the salad evoked in my deepest childhood memories or hours of scrolling just to find an ingredient list - just straight-up cooking. So take a look, gather your favorite fruits and veggies, and let's reinvent the boring concept of the tomato and cucumber "salad".
