Recipe:
- Simply combine everything in a mixing bowl and use the back of a spoon or fork to mash ingredients together.
- If the mixture is feeling dry, add a splash of water to soften.
- Add the chickpea mash filling to your wrap, salad, bowl, pita, or sandwich.
- To make the dip, blend ingredients together, add spices to taste.
