Paneer Stuffed Naan

Ingredients:
2 cup All-purpose flour
Pinch of Salt
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon Olive oil
¼ cup Yogurt
½ cup warm water
½ cup of Paneer
Butter
Total cooking time:
1 hr 15 mins

Recipe:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except water and mix well with your hand
  2. Gradually add the warm water and knead until you get a soft (not sticky) dough
  3. Knead for 5 minutes, cover and keep aside for 30 mins in the fridge
  4. Form four equal size balls from the dough, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes
  5. Dust the working surface with flour and roll the first ball into an oval shape
  6. Roll it to around to 1/4 inch in thickness, and insert small pieces of paneer into the dough
  7. Butter a hot pan and place the rolled out dough onto the pan
  8. When the bubbles appear and the surface no longer looks raw, make sure to flip to cook the other side
  9. Once both the sides are cooked and crispy, remove the naan and add more butter
